Z43H, Z43Y, Z43F flat gate valves are suitable for natural gas, petroleum, chemical industry, environmental protection, urban pipelines, gas pipelines and other transportation pipelines, exhaust systems and steam storage devices, as hoisting and closing equipment. Z43 single gate type flat gate valve with diversion hole is suitable for long distance pipeline of natural gas exploitation and purification.
[Product characteristics]
1. Seating structure of valve seat should be elastic with pre-tightening force, and both upper and lower seats should be sealed at the same time. The seats and seals are always face-to-face sealed.
2. The valve seat has self-cleaning function and is not directly washed by airflow during the opening or closing of the flat gate valve. Seats shall be made of lubricated, non-wearing materials.
3. Failure of valve actuator will not affect other parts of the valve. Maintenance and replacement can be carried out without removing the valve.
4. Yoke sleeve: Aluminum bronze yoke sleeve is equipped with needle thrust bearing to minimize operating torque.
5. Stem: Thread length up to bracket; Pin and spot welding; Stability.
6. Pressure Seal: Simple in structure, with segmented fastening rings and silver-plated low carbon steel gaskets, it is helpful to disassemble and achieve the best valve cap seal.
7. Seat Ring: Welded Seat Ring is perpendicular to the flow passage and easy to maintain.
8. Actuator: These valves can be equipped with electric, hydraulic or pneumatic actuators. DN300 is equipped with standard manual handwheel and DN350 is equipped with helical gear operating mechanism.
9. Yoke: Completely assembled yoke passes the seismic test and is easy to maintain and install the actuator.
10. Cover: Two-piece, self-adjusting pressure cover to avoid being ejected.
11. Integral backseat: Hard surface, longest service life.
12. Disc: The spring-loaded disc can adjust itself to reduce the torque requirement of the actuator.
13. Integral stop: Integral casting bracket stop device, positioning and assembling bracket disc, making the seat more stable and reliable.
